When should I hire a doula? Many families start the process in the second or early third trimester to allow time for rapport and planning, but we accept inquiries later in pregnancy as well.
Will you replace my partner or family? No. We work alongside partners and family members, coaching and supporting them to be active participants.
What if I have a cesarean? We provide emotional and practical support for scheduled or unplanned cesareans and help with recovery and infant bonding.
